Deena Rembert Neason

Deena Rembert Neason has extensive work experience in various high-level HR roles. Deena worked at Alcon as the Vice President & Head, Global HR Operations from 2018 to present. Prior to that, they worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group from 2007 to 2018, where they were the Vice President - HR Services. In this role, they developed and led the HR Shared Services operations, achieved cost savings through process simplification, and implemented a consolidated payroll system. Before joining Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Deena worked at Pitney Bowes from 2002 to 2007, holding roles such as Area Operations Director and Director - Employee Service Center. Deena achieved operational excellence and superior service delivery through restructuring, process redesign, and technology implementation. Deena also worked at International Paper from 1995 to 2002 as an IT Business Analyst and HR Transformation Project Leader. In these roles, they implemented IT solutions to automate business processes and delivered a web-based eBusiness solution as part of a multi-year HR Transformation initiative.

Deena Rembert Neason holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Tennessee State University. Deena later pursued a Master's degree (MS) in Engineering Management at Christian Brothers University. Additionally, Deena has obtained various certifications including "Coaching for Results," "Coaching and Developing Employees," "Unconscious Bias," "Managing Stress for Positive Change," and "Six Sigma Black Belt."
