Nicole Boldt has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Nicole started their career at GEHE Pharma Handel GmbH in 2003 as a Produktmanagerin in Apothekenmarketing. After 2 years, they moved to CIBA Vision as a Key-Account-Managerin. In 2010, they joined Bausch + Lomb as a Key Account Manager for the DACH region. Nicole then worked at Rupp + Hubrach Optik Gmbh as a Key-Account-Managerin for a brief period in 2016. Since 2017, Nicole has been working at Alcon, first as a Senior Key Account Manager and later becoming a Senior Key Account Manager & Team Lead Trademarketing DACH. In 2024, their role at Alcon changed to Senior Key Account Manager DACH & Lead nat. Key Accounts Deutschland.
Nicole Boldt completed a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Digital Customer, Sales, Marketing & E-Commerce at the Digital Business School an der HfWU in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Kommunikationsfachwirt degree in Marketing & Werbung from VWA Hochschule für berufsbegleitendes Studium from 2001 to 2003.
