Sandra Duigenan has over 20 years of work experience. Sandra started their career as a Customer Service Agent at Lufthansa in 1997. In 1999, they joined Accenture as an IT Service Management Consultant and worked there until 2005. From 2005 to 2017, Sandra worked at LeasePlan Information Services, holding various roles including Senior Change Coordinator, Service Support Team Leader, Service Delivery Department Manager, and Director Customer Experience. Sandra then became the Director of IT Service Delivery at Ayvens in 2023.

Sandra Duigenan holds a H. Dip. in Computer Science from University College Cork, which they obtained in 1999. Prior to that, they completed a B. Comm (International) degree at University College Dublin from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including ITIL v4 Managing Professional Transition in 2021, ITIL v3 Expert in 2011, and a Teaching Diploma in IT in 2010.
