Vicki Wharton

Vicki Wharton has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on operations excellence and business transformation. Vicki is currently the Group Operations Excellence Director at Aldermore Bank. Prior to this role, they were the Managing Director in the Financial Services Sector at Webhelp. Vicki also held the position of Senior Director in the Financial Services division at Gobeyond Partners, where they helped leading brands improve customer experience through operational excellence and digital transformation. Before Gobeyond Partners, Vicki worked at HSBC, where they held roles such as Group Head of Operations Transformation and Global Head of Reengineering & Production Management. Vicki also worked at Virgin Money as the Head of Transformation Delivery, overseeing the successful transformation agenda following the acquisition of Northern Rock. In addition, they have experience at Skipton Building Society and NatWest Group, where they played key roles in operational process design, business change management, and operations strategy and change. Vicki has a proven track record of achieving results and has received recognition for their work, including being awarded Top 25 Lean Leader in Europe for their transformation efforts at Virgin Money.
