James Fandel

James Fandel has a diverse work experience, spanning across various roles and industries. James started their career at El Corte Inglés as a Salesperson in 2004. In 2006, they interned at GC Global Strategies before interning again in 2009 at the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce. Moving forward, James joined BBVA as a Business Intelligence Assistant in 2010. In 2011, they joined L'Oréal, where they held positions such as Product Manager, Assistant Product Manager, and worked in the Scientific and Technico-Regulatory Department. In 2013, they transitioned to ALDI ESPAÑA, starting as a Regional Sales Manager and later progressing to become the Head of Regional Buying. From 2017 to 2021, James was the Head of HR & Administration at ALDI ESPAÑA. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Administration & Controlling at ALDI ESPAÑA.

James Fandel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with a specialty in Astrophysics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. James also completed an Executive MBA from IE Business School in 2017.
