Matt Mitchell

Matt Mitchell is the Chief Financial Officer at ALERT INNOVATION and also works as a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners. Matt serves as a Mentor at Harvard Innovation Labs and previously held the CFO title at CIMCON Lighting, Inc. Prior to their current roles, Matt was the Head of Strategy, Corporate Development, and Corporate Operations at Gradiant Corporation. Matt also has experience as VP of Acquisitions and Strategic Development at Harvest Power and as Vice President at Heritage Partners. With a background in private equity and analysis, Matt brings a wealth of experience to their various roles. Matt holds an MBA degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Economics from Colgate University.
