Mike Lyste

Mike Lyste joined Alerus in 2018 as a relationship banker. Having seven years prior experience in client service with Scheels of Grand Forks, Mike continues to provide clients with exceptional service. With a strong interest in banking, Mike is continuing to gain knowledge on a daily basis through continuous training in order to better serve his clients.

As a financial guide, Mike looks to build relationships with clients to help them reach their financial goals. He has a personal belief that every client deserves the guidance that will help them succeed financially. He approaches each client with a willingness to listen, an eagerness to help, and a readiness with the tools that show clients how to take the stress out of finances. Making banking easier for his clients is something he takes pride in every day.

Mike attended the University of North Dakota where he earned a degree in business management and marketing.
