Ewan Simpson is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality establishments. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Claridge's since February 2018, Ewan has previously held the position of Executive Chef at Alexander Hotels since May 2015. Ewan's career at Claridge's began in October 2010 as Sous Chef, a role that followed a five-year tenure as Sous Chef at The Stafford Hotel from February 2005 to October 2010.
