Michael McMullen

Michael McMullen is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Since May 2006, Michael has served as the Executive Chef at Rosen Hotels & Resorts, specifically at the Rosen Centre Hotel. Prior to this role, Michael held the Executive Chef position at Mission Inn Resort from November 1998 to April 2006. Additionally, Michael worked as Executive Chef at Adam's Mark Hotels between March 1997 and November 1998, and began a career in culinary leadership as Executive Sous Chef at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from July 1985 to March 1997.
