Dan Dugan

Dan Dugan is an experienced pharmaceutical sales leader with a strong background in rare disease and neurology. Currently serving as Head of Sales for the Rare Disease division at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 2024, Dan has previously held significant roles at argenx as VP of Sales & Market Development, and at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included overall sales leadership for US divisions in psychiatry, neurology, and multi-specialty. Dan's career also includes leadership positions at URL Pharma, Inc. and Pfizer, showcasing a broad expertise in therapeutic areas such as pain, multiple sclerosis, and psychiatry. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Edgewood College.
