Lauren M. Drouin

Lauren M. Drouin, PhD, serves as the Director of Analytical Development at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 2022, focusing on AAV gene therapy and gene editing drug products following LogicBio Therapeutics' acquisition. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of Associate Director of Analytical Development at LogicBio Therapeutics, contributing to genetic medicines for rare pediatric diseases. Experience also includes roles at Voyager Therapeutics, where Lauren advanced CMC analytical development for a Parkinson’s disease therapeutic. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a focus on Structural Virology and Gene Therapy from the University of Florida.
