Michelle Renfors

Michelle Renfors is an experienced professional in project management and product development within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Currently serving as Associate Director, Global Project Manager at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., since February 2021, Michelle previously held the role of Program Manager at Lonza from October 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, Michelle served as Vice President at Cody Laboratories, Inc. from July 2012 to June 2019, overseeing the operational functions of a controlled substance API manufacturing plant. Earlier roles included leadership positions in project management, R&D, and engineering at various organizations, such as Thesis Chemistry, Winona Foods, ZARS Pharma, and August Mack Environmental. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah, obtained in 2003.
