Sara Dorado

Sara Dorado, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Sara is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Benesch, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago from July 2019 to May 2021, where they played a key role in developing staffing models and leading strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Sara's career began as a Staffing Manager at Ajilon Professional Staffing in January 2012, where they gained valuable experience in staffing and personnel management. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources and Vice President at Peoples Bank, "Banking Unusual," from January 2003 to December 2011.

Additionally, they obtained the SPHR® - Senior Professional in Human Resources® Certification from HRCI in November 2021.
