Samer Sayegh has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998 as an Assistant Section Head in the Management Training Program at BLOM Bank. In 2000, they joined Arthur D. Little as a Senior Associate in Management Consulting, specializing in Strategy and Organization.
In 2004, Sayegh transitioned to Alghanim Industries, where they held various leadership roles. Samer began as the Marketing and Business Development Manager for the Automotive Group, eventually working their way up to the position of General Manager for the Vehicle Sales Group. After that, they became the Vice President of the Automotive Group, overseeing a diverse range of operations, including new and used vehicle sales, service, parts, and accessories.
Sayegh then moved to the Retail Group, where they served as the Vice President, responsible for retail operations at X-cite by Alghanim Electronics, Safat Home, and Alghanim Motors. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of President for the Retail, Food & Beverage, and Distribution Group, where they successfully managed a diverse portfolio of businesses, including consumer electronics, furniture, ecommerce, food and beverage, and more.
In 2019, Sayegh was appointed as the CEO of Customer Engagement and Analytics, leading strategic initiatives in customer engagement and data analysis. Samer later became the President for the Retail, Food & Beverage, Distribution, and Customer Engagement divisions. Sayegh has demonstrated extensive expertise in multiple industries and a track record of leadership and strategic management throughout their career.
Samer Sayegh completed their education at multiple institutions. In 1980, they attended Lycee Franco Libanais for their high school education. Samer then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the American University of Beirut from 1995 to 1998. In 2003, Samer briefly attended INSEAD for an MBA degree. Lastly, in 2016, they participated in the High Performance Leadership Program at IMD.
