Anas Al Ateeqi

Prior to joining Alghanim Industries, Anas had accumulated over 22 years of experience in the field of HR, having held leadership roles across multiple industries. He began his HR career at EQUATE, Kuwait’s first international joint-venture in the oil industry, alongside The Dow Chemical Company. Subsequently, he joined the executive team at Warba Bank to start-up operations, building towards a public listing. He most recently served as the Chief HR Officer for Kuwait Telecommunications Company – STC for 6 years, during which he was instrumental in leading localization initiatives and taking the company public.

Anas holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Administration (Organization & Personnel) from Kuwait University, and an MBA in General Management – Entrepreneurship from the American University of the Middle East (AUM), Kuwait. He is also an alumni of IMD Switzerland, and the London Business School Executive Education program.
