Karl Dundon

Head of Sales, Americas at AlgoTrader

Karl Dundon is the head of sales for Americas at AlgoTrader. Karl has over 20 years of experience in sales, product development, and cross-functional leadership.

Karl began their career in FX sales at KX in March 2021. Karl was quickly promoted to head of sales for Americas due to their strong relationships with C-suite executives and their ability to drive Exegy's FX strategy, product development, and sales.

At Exegy, they led a team of engineers using agile methodology to develop the first hardware-accelerated FX aggregation platform. Karl also secured multiple prospects to beta test the platform, in addition to multiple FX PoCs from Tier 1&2 banks.

In their role at AlgoTrader, Karl is responsible for managing the sales team and developing relationships with key clients. Karl is also responsible for developing sales strategies, pitch decks, marketing collateral, and conferences.

Karl Dundon studied economics and psychology at University College Dublin. Karl holds a BA from that institution.

Their manager is Andy Flury, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Bartosz Wójcik - CTO, Felix Saible - CMO, and Christian Bock - Head of Sales EMEA.
