Alice & Bob are a deep tech company going through an R&D stage to build the first fault-tolerant Quantum Computer. We secured 30 million USD in funding to further develop our unique technology.

We are a young team with some of the brightest scientific minds joining us straight from completing their PhD or university. Of course, we are serious about our mission and participation in the quantum race alongside tech giants like Google and IBM, however we are also keen to create ever-lasting memories. Including lots of celebrations and fun, as we continue to have many successes along the way to our ultimate goal of building the first Universal, fault-tolerant Quantum Computer! As the Head of Revenue/Business, you will be at the forefront of our commercial strategy, driving sustainable growth and shaping our future. Working closely with the executive team, you will lead a talented, growing team to develop innovative go-to-market initiatives, and make a significant impact on the quantum computing industry.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement a holistic revenue strategy, including sales and business development initiatives.

  • Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, partnerships, and new market entry.
  • Establish and optimize pricing models, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies.

Market Expansion- Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion both in France and globally.

  • Lead and build a high-performing sales and business development team capable of executing a growth strategy in a deeptech ecosystem.
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients in the quantum computing ecosystem.

Go-to-Market Strategy- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new products and services, aligning closely with product and engineering teams.

  • Spearhead initiatives to raise brand awareness and position the company as a leader in the quantum computing industry.
  • Manage our different sales streams.

Leadership & Collaboration- Collaborate with the executive team to shape the overall business strategy and translate it into actionable plans.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across product development, communication and sales efforts.
  • Contribute to our strategic vision and planning.

Data-Driven Decision Making- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, track key performance indicators, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in HPC, Computing, Semiconductor or Telecommunication.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue in an innovative sector.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies across diverse channels.
  • Strong understanding of complex technologies and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
