Bill Busch

Bill Busch has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Bill started their career as VP of Business Development at GAINSystems, where they restructured the sales and new business development group. Bill then worked as a Senior Manager and Sales Director at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. After that, they served as a Services Principal at Dell and an Account Executive at Unisys. Bill then joined Microsoft as an Account Services Executive, selling enterprise services into financial services accounts. Afterward, they became Managing Director at Patina Solutions, before moving on to Aon Hewitt as a Central Region Sales Director. While at Aon Hewitt, they also served as a Regional Sales Director. Bill then joined Alight Solutions as Vice President and Regional Sales Director, a role they currently hold. Overall, Bill Busch has extensive experience in sales, business development, and account management, with a focus on HR and payroll solutions.
