Oya Yavsan

Oya Yavsan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Market Researcher for Czaia Marktforschung GmbH. Oya then transitioned to MeVis Medical Solutions AG in 2010, where they served as a Software Tester until 2012. Following this, they returned to Czaia Marktforschung GmbH as a Market Researcher until 2013. In 2014, Oya joined ADP as a District Manager and stayed with the company until 2018. In the same year, they also worked as an Account Executive at Workday for a brief period. Oya then joined NGA Human Resources as an Account Executive, which later became Alight Solutions, and is currently working there. Oya initially joined Alight in 2018 and was promoted to the role of Team Lead Sales DACH in 2023.

Oya Yavsan received a Diplom degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Bremen.
