Bogumila Balcewicz

Bogumila Balcewicz has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Bogumila started their career in 2007 as a Payroll Manager for Brighton Marine Palace and Pier Company. Bogumila then joined Aon Hewitt in 2009 and held various roles including Senior Payroll Specialist, Team Leader, Assistant Manager (Payroll), Senior Operations Payroll Manager, and finally Operations Lead - Payroll, Accounts, and Treasury. Since 2017, Bogumila has been working at Alight Solutions, where they started as an Operations Lead and later transitioned to the role of Operations Services Director.

Bogumila Balcewicz completed their Msc degree in Marketing and Management from the Silesian University of Technology from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including the Alight: LeadingEDGE Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2020, the Workday Payroll Consulting Core (UK Payroll) and Workday Payroll Consulting Core (US Payroll) from Workday in 2015, the Workday HCM Services Core and Workday HCM Services Practical from Workday in 2014, and the Practitioner Certificate in Payroll from The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) in 2012.
