Armin McCrea-Dastur, PhD, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and diversity equity and inclusion across various industries. As the Founder and President of Diamond Consulting Corp. and Senior Consultant at AlignOrg Solutions, Armin focuses on developing talent in both corporate and correctional contexts. Armin also serves as EVPTalent, Culture and Chief Diversity Officer at Social Purpose Corrections and holds an adjunct professor position at Purdue University Global, teaching psychology courses. Previous roles include senior leadership positions at CoreCivic, EssilorLuxottica, Danone, Mondelēz International, The Kraft Heinz Company, and serving in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's men's basketball front office.
