Erik Sandven

Erik Sandven currently serves as the Executive Chef at Alisal Ranch since January 2023, following a tenure at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from July 2021 to January 2023, where Erik held the position of Banquet Chef. Earlier experience includes various roles at The Resort at Pelican Hill from September 2017 to July 2021, including Chef De Cuisine at Coliseum and Sous Chef at both Andrea and Pelican Grill. Erik's extensive career at The Ritz-Carlton from May 2011 to September 2017 involved multiple positions in the Banquet Kitchen and RAYA, reflecting a strong background in high-end culinary environments. Erik Sandven holds two degrees from Orange Coast College: an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and an Associate of Science in Restaurant/Food Services Management, both obtained from 2008 to 2011.
