Nicole Sikora

Nicole is part of the antibody engineering and protein science team at AlivaMab Discovery Services, where she supports antibody development and engineering as well as the advancement of bioinformatics platforms.

Nicole Sikora graduated from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a Bachelor of Science in human biology and a Bachelor of Arts in international business. She brings in over four years of experience working in a laboratory setting at UCSD. Previously, Nicole focused on researching microbiome-metabolome relations using both mass spectrometry and sequencing data. In addition, Nicole places a strong emphasis on bioinformatics platform development as well as standardized protocol development. She was able to use her expertise and collaborate with medical professionals on advancing research and educational platforms in a hospital setting. Her work was rewarded with multiple publications, many of which were published in Nature.
