Aleksandra Grushevich

Aleksandra Grushevich has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at JSC "Agat-electromechanical plant" in various roles, including economist, deputy head of labor and wages department, and head of labor and wages department. In 2013, they joined Alivaria Brewery as a compensations and benefits specialist before progressing to HR manager and currently holding the position of human resources director.

Aleksandra Grushevich received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Girne American University's Faculty of Business & Economics specializing in Business Management. Aleksandra pursued this degree from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Social and Economic Systems Management from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. This degree was completed from 2004 to 2011.
