Ilia Krapivin

Ilia Krapivin has extensive work experience in the beverage industry. Ilia is currently the Managing Director at Alivaria Brewery since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Baltika Breweries as the Senior Divisional Director from January 2017 to November 2021. Before joining Baltika Breweries, Ilia held various positions at Carlsberg Group, including Vice-President - Procurement Asia from September 2013 to December 2016, Vice-President - Raw Materials from July 2012 to September 2013, Group Category Director - Raw Materials from January 2010 to June 2012, and Global Lead Buyer Malt & Barley in 2009. Ilia began their career at Baltika Breweries in 2002, where they served as the Head of Raw Materials Procurement from May 2005 to January 2009 and started as a Purchasing specialist from July 2002 to May 2005.

Ilia Krapivin obtained an MBA degree from HEC Paris in 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Logistics, specializing in Economics, at the Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics. Ilia completed their undergraduate studies in 2003.
