Yury Shvaika

Yury Shvaika is an experienced construction project manager currently serving as the Senior Construction Project Manager at Alivaria Brewery since August 2022. Prior to this role, Yury held various positions at Hilti Belarus from July 2017 to June 2022, including Key Account Manager, New Business Developer, and Technical Specialist. Earlier experience includes working as an engineer-designer at УП "МинскПроект," where Yury contributed to significant projects such as the apartment complex "Lazurit," the "Dynamo" national stadium, and the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus. Yury's career began with roles at ЗАО "Градос" and ООО "Юникс." Yury holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University, a Bachelor's degree in English Language from the Academy of Postdiploma Education, and completed training as a National Trainer in Beer Processing at Carlsberg Academy in 2023.
