Wei Ye

Wei Ye has a diverse work experience in the field of bioinformatics and biotechnology. From 2019 to the present, they have held multiple roles at AliveX Biotech, including Senior VP Technical Operations and VP of Scientific Affairs. Prior to this, Wei Ye worked at the CAS-MPG Partner Institute for Computational Biology as the Head of the Bioinformatics Platform from 2018 to 2019. They also served as the Head of the Bioinformatics Center and Project Director at Shanghai TissueBank Biotechnology Co. Ltd. from 2016 to 2018. Wei Ye began their career as a Project Assistant at the Roche Innovation Center in Shanghai in 2011, and later interned at the same company until 2015.

Wei Ye earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Hefei University of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Afterwards, from 2010 to 2015, Wei Ye pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology and Chemistry at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
