Tiffany Alamo Hernandez, PharmD, BS, CNPR, currently serves as a Compounding Doctor of Pharmacy and Quality Assurance & Control Specialist at Alivio Medical Center, where responsibilities include developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for high-alert medications and conducting quality inspections across multiple clinic locations. Previous experience includes working as a pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy, focusing on compounding non-sterile medications and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, as well as various advanced pharmacy practice experiences in inpatient care, long-term care, oncology, and community pharmacy settings. Tiffany holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Post Baccalaureate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical and Biological Engineering from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.
