Martin Pilote

Martin Pilote has had a long and varied career in software development. Martin began their career in 2005 as a Software Developer at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. In 2006, they moved to the Université de Montréal as a Software Developer. In 2007, they joined Alcan as a Software Quality Analyst. In 2009, they moved to the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) as a Software Developer. In 2011, they joined UTILICASE Inc. as a Software Developer and then ALIZENT as a Software Developer, Build Master, MES Specialist, and MES Functional Lead. In 2020, they returned to ALIZENT as a Project Manager and MES Functional Lead.

Martin Pilote began their education in 2001, studying Electronics Technology at CÉGEP de Jonquière. Martin continued their studies at the same institution from 2002-2005, earning a DCS in Computer Science. In 2005, they obtained a Restricted Operator Certificate - Aeronautical (ROC-A) from Industry Canada. Later that year, they enrolled at École de technologie supérieure, where they earned a B.Eng. in Software Engineering in 2010.
