Jeremy Edgerton

Jeremy Edgerton currently serves as the Director of Translational Medicine at Alkermes since May 2025. Prior to this role, Edgerton held multiple positions at Biogen from April 2018 to May 2025, including Director of Clinical Development for Movement Disorders and Associate Medical Director in the same field, focusing on digital medicine solutions for neurological conditions. Edgerton also contributed to Pfizer as a Principal Scientist in Neuroscience from September 2011 to February 2018, leading discovery-stage research for neurological and psychiatric disorders. Edgerton's earlier experience includes a directorial role at ProvingGround.com, Inc., and postdoctoral research at Emory University, alongside a doctoral degree in Neurobiology from Duke University.
