Matt Shanks is the current head of field operations at All Day Kitchens. Prior to this, they were the director of culinary operations at Andro's Rostilj from November 2018 to June 2020. In this capacity, they were nominated by senior leadership to design effective strategies for leading multi-state expansion. Matt oversaw a broad range of HR operations and functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, career progression, and performance management. Matt ensured compliance with applicable health, safety, and loss prevention standards, procedures, and guidelines.
From November 2016 to November 2018, Matt was the multi-unit cafe manager at Bon Appétit Management Company. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing culinary operations for multiple cafes. Matt developed menus, managed inventory, and trained staff. Matt also oversaw customer service and ensured compliance with food safety regulations.
