Walter Abrams

Walter Abrams has a diverse range of work experience in the culinary industry. Walter is currently working as the Culinary R&D and Product Development Lead at All Day Kitchens. Before this, they served as the Culinary Director at Dabba from 2015 to 2019. Walter also founded Apicius Nutrition, a company that produces a whole food snack bar called Hero™, from 2013 to 2018. In addition, they have held various chef positions at renowned restaurants and organizations such as Le Bec Fin, Bacchus Management Group, Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, The Dinex Group - Chef Daniel Boulud, Mark's Cityplace, and PGA National Resort & Spa, where they gained extensive expertise and skills.
