Rowan st. Clair

Rowan St. Clair is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Wellbeing at All Hands and Hearts, a global volunteer-powered disaster relief organization, since March 2023. As a co-founder and President of the Board of Directors at Bejuco, Rowan works to empower education through creativity and accessibility since October 2019. Previous roles include Deputy Program Manager at the Autoridad para el Financiamiento de la Vivienda de Puerto Rico, where responsibilities involved CDBG-DR funded housing initiatives, and Director of People and Operations at Vegan Wines, focusing on international distribution. Additional experience spans roles at RS Collaborations and All Hands and Hearts - Smart Response, as well as General Manager at Farinella Bakery. Rowan St. Clair is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Universidad Albizu, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hunter College.
