Carolyn Pehrson, ACP

Carolyn Pehrson, ACP has a diverse work history spanning over 20 years. Carolyn is currently working at Tendermint as a Senior Corporate Paralegal. Prior to their role at Tendermint, Carolyn worked as an Executive Assistant & Paralegal at the same company. Carolyn joined Terraform Labs in 2021 as a Corporate Paralegal.

Before their current roles, Carolyn served as the Principal Officer & Senior Corporate Paralegal at Morelle Administrative Outsourcing, LLC from 2016 to 2020. At Morelle, they provided virtual office administration, business project coordination, and paralegal services to small and medium-sized businesses worldwide.

Carolyn also gained experience as an Executive Assistant to the President at Inland Business Systems A Xerox Company in 2015-2016. Carolyn provided executive support to the President and CFO and assisted in legal, contracts, finance, and accounting functions.

In 2013, Carolyn interned as a Paralegal at SCHRODER JOSEPH & ASSOCIATES, LLP. Carolyn also worked at Catholic Health System as a Corporate Paralegal & Contracts Administration from 2011 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Carolyn held positions such as Corporate Paralegal (Contract) at Ecology and Environment, Inc in 2009-2010. Carolyn worked as an Executive Assistant & Administrator to the President & COO at GE Homeland Security from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, Carolyn served as an Executive Assistant/Investor Relations Administrator to the Chairman and CEO at Cepheid from 2001 to 2003. Carolyn began their career as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at ASCII of America Venture Capital from 1999 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Carolyn has demonstrated strong organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities.

Carolyn Pehrson, ACP, completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in American/U.S. Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence from Hilbert College in the years 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Bryant & Stratton College in Buffalo, graduating in the period from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Carolyn Pehrson holds several certifications from NALA - The Paralegal Association. In August 2009, they obtained the NALA Certified Paralegal certification. Ten years later, in August 2019, they attained the NALA Advanced Certified Paralegal status. Furthermore, they have been a NALA Member since August 2009.
