Karen Exton Thompson

Karen Exton Thompson has a diverse work history in the field of environmental services. Karen Exton currently serves as the Kentucky Regional Office Director at ALL4 since September 2020. Prior to this, they spent a significant amount of time at Smith Management Group, a division of ALL4, where they held the positions of Manager of Environmental Services and Professional Geologist from January 2016 to September 2020. In this role, they worked on various remediation projects involving contaminants such as chlorinated solvents, metals, and petroleum products, as well as conducting Phase I and Phase II work for clients.

Karen also worked as a Professional Geologist at Shield Environmental Associates from July 2002 to September 2007, where they conducted investigations and remediations in the underground storage tank industry. Karen Exton gained experience in Phase I and Phase II investigations and provided assistance in CERCLA remediations.

Before that, Karen worked as a Scientist at the University of Kentucky from August 2001 to May 2002, where they likely conducted scientific research.
