Customer Solutions Manager at Allari

Mayra Medina began their work experience in 2004 as an Account Administrative Assistant at the Centro de Transferencia de Tecnologías - ESPOL. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Audit Assistant at Forza Bananas S.A. Following this, they joined Mavisa as the Head of Purchasing, responsible for buying raw materials and negotiating supplier credits. In 2015, Mayra became an Independent Business Owner, offering consulting services in titling projects, data organization, transcription, and digitalization. Finally, in 2018, they joined Allari as a Customer Solutions Manager.

Mayra Medina completed their Master's degree in Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry from OBS Business School from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad de Guayaquil from 2010 to 2015. In addition, they served as a tutor for Teaching English as a Foreign Language at Universal Business Center from 2006 to 2009. Mayra also attended Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, where they studied Ingenieria Comercial from 2003 to 2005 and Utilitarios from 2003 to 2004.

Mayra Medina also holds additional certifications. Mayra obtained a Diplomado Power BI: Análisis y Visualización de Datos from UdeCataluña in May 2023. In November 2022, they earned the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf. Furthermore, they completed the Productividad Personal certification from Google Actívate in August 2022.
