Kylie Dunkley is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer at Allboarder since May 2023, Kylie is focused on transforming employee onboarding through comprehensive design strategies. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at Help Scout, where Kylie guided the development of core product features, and Product Designer at Pendo.io, enhancing user engagement through innovative in-app solutions. Kylie's early career includes significant contributions as a Product Designer for Pluralsight and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where design methodologies were employed to address user needs and improve visual styles. Educationally, Kylie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
