Sean Conley began their work experience in 2013 as a Financial Representative (Intern) at Northwestern Mutual. Sean then worked as a Sales Manager at Mattress Firm from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Sean became a Professional Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, and later took on the role of Account Manager at C.H. Robinson from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Sean worked as a Client Relations Representative at Paycom. Following that, they joined Passageways as a Manager of the Growth Team in 2020. In the same year, Sean also became the Head of Special Product Division at LeafLogix Technologies, which was later acquired by Dutchie. At Dutchie, they served as a Payment Sales Team Lead from 2020 to 2022, and then became the Manager of Payment Sales. Finally, Sean joined Alleaves in 2022 as the SVP of Sales and Strategic Partnerships.

Sean Conley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ball State University, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Sales Performance Measurement and Reporting from LinkedIn in May 2023, as well as Sales Strategies for an Economic Downturn, also from LinkedIn, in April 2023.
