Kathleen Gmitter

Kathleen Gmitter is an experienced Paramedic with a diverse background in emergency medical services, currently serving at Allegiance Mobile Health and the City of Houston as HFD Telemetry. Kathleen's career also includes roles at Event Medic Services and Global Medical Response, where skills as a Critical Care Licensed Paramedic were developed. Previous positions included leadership as Captain at Windsor EMS and work as a Remote Medic responding to COVID-19 with Safety Management Systems. Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from David N. Myers University. Additional training includes 30-hour courses in Construction Management and General Industry from the Occupational Health Safety Administration.
