Bernadette Gabathuler is the Delivery Manager at Allegis Group. Bernadette has been with the company since July 2019 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to that, they were the Implementation Manager and before that, the Project & Operations Manager.
Gabathuler has been instrumental in the integration of Stamford Group into Allegis Group. Bernadette has managed and supported various types of projects as part of that process. Additionally, they have run and supported various clients' RFI & RFP processes, including pricing calculations and contract compliance.
In their previous role as Implementation Manager, Gabathuler focused on key client relationship management as well as various projects related to processes and quality, staffing solutions, and project services.
As Project & Operations Manager, Gabathuler was responsible for change and transformation management as well as knowledge transfer from the Nearshore Recruitment Service Provider in Sofia (Bulgaria) to Switzerland. Bernadette also built and expanded the Swiss-based recruitment team and helped to improve research competencies and best practices by reviewing and driving process improvements. Additionally, they provided coaching and leadership for the various recruitment team members and helped to ensure their career progression. As part of their responsibilities, Gabathuler regularly conducted processes and quality analysis to ensure constant improvement within the full recruitment life cycle.
Bernadette Gabathuler has a degree in Organization from the Eidg. Fachausweis, and a degree in Hotel- & Touristikfachschule from the HTF / GFG.
