Diego Ash

Diego Ash is a Director in the Los Angeles office. He brings over 20 years of experience working with C-suite leaders and senior executives to tackle strategic objectives in a variety of industries. As a Director, Diego focuses on helping clients solve their most important human capital challenges by building relationships with professionals across the country and engaging them in discussions about new opportunities. He enjoys working with people and appreciates the diversity of experience, thought, and value every person brings.

Diego began his search career with a Connecticut-based boutique board and executive recruiting firm. Initially serving as a project manager, he progressed into research before moving into candidate development and assessment. Before that, he was a Special Projects and Business Development Manager with Beachbody, LLC, a global health and fitness company, where he worked closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer on key initiatives, investigated new business ventures, and managed music licensing agreements. Earlier in his career, Diego held roles of increasing responsibility with a variety of organizations in finance, entertainment, law, and education.

Diego earned his bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Southern California while competing as a two-sport athlete in Track & Field and Cross-Country. He also earned a certification in Project Management from the University of California, Los Angeles. In his spare time, Diego enjoys sports, cooking, photography, playing bass guitar, and traveling to explore new places and cultures. He continues to run competitively and has completed the Los Angeles Marathon twice.
