Keith Meyer

Keith Meyer, the Global Practice Leader of the CEO & Board Practice, has 20 years of global experience developing innovative corporate governance and senior leadership solutions for Fortune 500, mid-cap, and not-for-profit organizations, as well as personally leading numerous CEO and board of director searches.

Keith currently serves as the President of Directors Academy Inc., a national not-for-profit focused on accelerating shareholder value creation through the development and placement of the next generation of diverse directors.

Prior to joining Allegis Partners, Keith was the Founder of Park Avenue Advisors, a board of directors and CEO advisory and recruitment firm. He worked closely with Fortune 500 public companies, private equity portfolio investments, and early stage ventures to build high-performing boards and top teams. He previously held leadership roles with CTPartners, leading their global CEO & Board Practice, as well as Heidrick & Struggles, where he was Vice Chair and Head of the Global Board Consulting Practice. Keith also was a Partner at Egon Zehnder, where he led the firm's Chicago office. He began his consulting career with McKinsey & Company. He has prior management experience at PepsiCo and ExxonMobil.

Keith earned his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. In his spare time, Keith enjoys playing golf and watching EPL soccer matches.
