Jerome Lecoq

Jerome Lecoq is an accomplished neuroscientist and engineer with extensive experience in computational microscopy and data analysis. Currently serving as Associate Investigator and Principal Scientist at the Allen Institute since August 2015, Jerome has developed advanced frameworks for noise reduction in various imaging modalities and led initiatives to expand the optical physiology platform. Previous roles include Consulting Data Analysis Software Engineer at Inscopix, Research Scientist and Postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University, and Postdoctoral fellow at INSERM. With a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Pierre and Marie Curie University and a track record of mentoring and contributing to high-impact research, Jerome is recognized for pioneering work in neural data collection and analysis.
