Charlotte Frith

Charlotte Frith is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment and resourcing across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Allens since December 2015, Charlotte oversees teams focused on experienced hires, early careers recruitment, global mobility, client secondments, resource management, and executive recruitment, while also playing a key role in shaping the firm's People Strategy. Prior to Allens, Charlotte held positions as Senior National Resourcing Manager at Allens, Talent Sourcing Manager at EY, Recruitment Advisor at Norton Rose Fulbright, and Consultant at Morgan McKinley, where responsibilities included managing recruitment initiatives and identifying top talent for complex roles. Charlotte holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy from the University of Birmingham.
