Joe Spear

Joe Spear has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joe started their career in 2004 as an Account Manager at United Airlines, where they successfully managed major accounts and increased revenue. In 2005, they joined the US Army as a Civil Affairs Sergeant and served until 2011. After that, they worked as a Cardiovascular Sales Representative at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., where they received the Platinum Performance Award for outstanding sales performance. Since 2011, they have been with Allergan Aesthetics, where they have held various roles, including Senior Territory Manager, Area Sales Training Manager, and Assoc. Director, National Accounts - Federal Government. Joe is currently the Director, National Accounts - Federal Government at Allergan Aesthetics.

Joe Spear completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Advertising at Oral Roberts University from 1996 to 2000. Joe then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Marketing and Finance at the University of Central Oklahoma from 2002 to 2004.
