Wilson MacMillan

Wilson drives talent initiatives at AlleyCorp and helps bring on new executives to build transformative companies. He works with the incubations to find the right founding teams that can take excellent ideas and help them reach their full potential. In addition to fulfilling the talent needs internally, he also works with promising entrepreneurs and startups externally, placing product, engineering, and go-to-market executives from the earliest stages.

Prior to joining AlleyCorp, Wilson spent time at Kindred Partners in their enterprise go-to-market practice, recruiting C-suite executives for venture-backed technology companies. Over his career thus far, he has worked on 50+ executive placements. Wilson holds a BA from Bowdoin College.
