Jordan Clegg has had a varied work experience. In 2015, they began working at Allgress, Inc. as an Intern, where they helped write the employee handbook, led the team that researched best HRIS for company needs, and drafted the company Harassment policy and complaint forms. Jordan then progressed to Support Technician, where they assisted users by answering questions and resolving technical problems, maintained a company's network, software, and computer equipment, and assisted with client on-boarding. After that, they became Lead Support Technician, where they trained new employees, handled support escalations, and supported QA process with new product launches. Finally, they were promoted to Customer Support Manager, where they managed support for all internal and external customers and helped manage AWS production infrastructure to maintain 99.9% up time. Prior to working at Allgress, Inc., Jordan Clegg worked at UPS as a Package Handler from 2008-2015. In this role, they loaded one of the highest frequency sets in warehouse, solved logistical problems in a fast paced high intensity environment with no supervision, and developed strong work relationships critical to completing their tasks.
Jordan Clegg attended California State University - East Bay from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Jordan is currently a MBA Candidate at Saint Mary's College of California, which they began in 2021.
