Paul Van Der Eems

Paul Van Der Eems has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Paul is currently working as the Director of Sales - Corporate at Alliance Consumer Group since January 2022. Paul also established key relationships with the largest buying groups within the industry.

Paul Van Der Eems also served as the President of Fireside Distributors from January 2005 to December 2008. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Sales at Fireside Distributors from April 2004 to January 2005.

In addition, Paul worked at Hearth & Home Technologies, a division of HON Industries. Paul held the positions of Regional Sales Manager from June 2002 to April 2004, Regional Sales Manager from August 2001 to June 2002, and Territory Sales Manager from January 2000 to August 2001.

Paul started their career at Inner Finish Systems, Inc. as a sales representative and eventually became the President from March 1991 to September 1999. Under their leadership, the company experienced exponential revenue growth from 250K to over 4.5M.

Throughout their career, Paul Van Der Eems has gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles in various industries, particularly in the consumer goods industry.

Paul Van Der Eems obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from James Madison University, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Prior to their enrolment at James Madison University, Paul attended Western Colorado University's Undergraduate Business School from 1983 to 1984, but they did not receive a degree.
