Phil Garrison

Phil Garrison is an experienced leader in the pulp and paper industry, currently serving as the Pulp and Paper Industry Leader at Alliance Engineering since July 2023. Prior to this role, Garrison held the position of Director of Performance Improvement at Phoenix Paper Wickliffe LLC from April 2022 to July 2023 and worked as an Engineering Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC from December 2021 to April 2022. Garrison has a diverse background in engineering management and project management, with previous roles at John Zink Hamworthy Combustion, Georgia-Pacific LLC, and Georgia-Pacific Professional. Garrison began an engineering career at Kimberly-Clark and Hilex Poly. Garrison earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Alabama, completed in 1994.
