Noel Fyffe-McFadden

Noel Fyffe-McFadden is a seasoned facilities and production management professional with extensive experience in overseeing operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Facilities at Resolian since May 2022, Noel previously held the role of Facilities Manager at Treatt from September 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team of engineers, overseeing maintenance operations, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Prior positions include Site Services Manager at TWI, where significant installation and commissioning projects were managed, and Business Production Manager at CAV Aerospace Ltd and Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group, where production oversight and strategic resource management were key focuses. Throughout a diverse career, Noel has demonstrated expertise in project management, contractor management, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
